Bathrooms were in dire need of an upgrade for employee use. We removed all fixtures, including a wall hung toilet and flush valve, wall hung lavatory sink and faucet. Removed floor tile as well.
We opened the wall behind the lavatory sink and installed a commercial carrier that is floor mounted to prevent the sink from moving away from the wall. This is a steel and cast-iron system.

New electrical service was installed for “high tech” hand dryers. A new ADA title 24 lavatory sink was installed on the new commercial carrier with a motion sensor, battery operated faucet with a temperature control on the side of the spout. This eliminates cumbersome controls under the sink.
A 16-gauge chrome plated P-trap was then installed with a handicap P-trap cover required by code. All fixtures were caulked and cleaned as required.
